President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed the decree, which changes the staff of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The document No. 665/2019, which was published on the official Presidential website, reported that.

According to the President’s decree, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk, Minister of Defense Andriy Zahorodniuk and Spokesperson of the Verkhovna Rada are included in the personnel of the Council (consensual).

Zelensky has also appointed the personal staff of the institution: Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Vadym Prystaiko, and Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryboshapko.

Besides, Zelensky has removed from the staff Vasyl Hrytsak, Volodymyr Groysman, Pavlo Klimkin, Yuriy Lutsenko, Andriy Parubiy, Pavlo Petrenko and Stepan Poltoraka. 

As we reported earlier, Zelensky dismissed Dmytro Kuleba from his post as the Ukranian Representative in the European Council.

The appropriate decree is published on the official website of the President.

“To dismiss Kuleba Dmytro Ivanovych from the post of the constant Representative of Ukraine in the European Council,” the document reads.
